The original Ripper is back! Under a new name: the R1. It comes equipped with the simplified "Connect" outfitting and is available in 3 sizes; Small. Medium and Large. It's the perfect design if your looking to get into whitewater kayaking, in a modern design, but don't want to break the bank!
With the R1 there is enough volume to take it on all your favourite river runs with confidence, but you can also stern squirt out of eddies, make dynamic S turns around rocks, and soul surf every wave. The connect outfitting is simpler than Pyranha's newer Elite outfitting, however, it is still super easy to adjust, supports the hull of the kayak well and provides excellent strength. This ensures the boat is nice and lightweight making getting to and from the river very straightforward!
