The versatile Pulse is one of the most stable boats in the Tootega range, making it the perfect "one boat" be it a leisurely day touring on your local river or canal, surfing on the ocean or exploring along the coat, even fishing (Inland & Sea) the Pulse is happy and capable of it all.
Taking advantage of cutting edge production and clever design Tootega have made the Pulse both highly durable and very lightweight. Combine this with a very well placed carry handle and you’ll have no problem carrying the Pulse down the beach or river or lifting it onto your car roof rack. With it’s built in D-ring anchor points the Pulse can be accessorised to fit all your paddling needs. Once you’ve grasped the basics, why not add a set of thigh straps to help you take your paddling to the next level.
The Key to the Pulse's handling characteristic's is a clever and carefully designed double concave hull that provides both initial and secondary stability. There is also a good length keel and tracking channels built into the hull that really aid the Pulse's ability to track on flat water yet still release easily when planing (surfing on a wave) ensuring a lively and manoeuvrable feel on the water.
