The shell is made using Sweets Thermoplastic Laminated Carbon Fiber (TLC) and ABS technologys. TLC combines the elasticity of of injection moulded thermoplastics and the rigidity and strength of carbon fiber but allows Sweet to fine tune the shell optimizing the performance properties. ABS Shell Technology is super impact resistant through its special rubber toughened construction. The Expanded Polypropylene shock absorbing liner is again very durable and will cope with high energy impacts. Sweet's OCCIGRIP neck hugging system makes it easy to get a secure and comfortable fit.
