Methods of payment:
You can pay online using most major credit or debit cards Visa, Master Card, Delta, Switch / Maestro and Solo.
We also accept American Express.
It is imperative that you complete all stages of the payment process accurately. In particular you MUST supply details of your card holder address as well as the card holder name exactly as it appears on your card / bank statement.
Whitewater The Canoe Centre cannot accept responsibility for incomplete or inaccurate information submitted via this website.
Orders with incorrect information will be automatically rejected.
Whitewater The Canoe Centre cannot accept responsibility for non / late delivery of goods where card payments have not been authorized by the card issuer.

We have a commitment to information security and undertake various measures for the purpose of protecting against unauthorized or unlawful processing of personal data and against loss or destruction of or damage to personal data.
Pricing Policy:
All prices are in UK sterling (GBP) and include taxation (VAT) where applicable. Situations beyond our control may occasionally result in price changes to those shown. We reserve the right to make changes but we will always call or email to notify you of any, upon receipt of your order. All prices exclude carriage charges where applicable (unless otherwise stated).
Prices shown on www.wwtcc.com may occasionally vary from those available in our shop.
Returns and Refunds:
Goods can be returned for a full refund or credit note (including postage) if the item, after later inspection by us, is proven to have been faulty or has been supplied incorrectly within 28 days of delivery.
If the goods have been supplied as requested but are unwanted they can be returned within 28 days from receipt of goods.
You will be refunded ONLY for the cost of the goods. Delivery charges and return postage charges are non - refundable.
If you would like to exchange for an alternative size we will supply replacements, subject to stock availability. An additional charge for postage will be made to cover handling, and return carriage costs.
All items returned must be unused and with their original labelling and packaging intact.
A completed returns note and copy of your receipts must also be enclosed.
Please do not send original receipts as we cannot guarantee to return them.
