You are entitled to a full refund including the postage of your original order plus reasonable postage fees you may incur returning the goods if:

Exchange of Goods
If you would like to exchange for an alternative size we will happily supply replacements, subject to stock availability. An additional charge for postage will be made to cover handling, and return carriage costs. All items returned must be unused and with their original labeling and packaging intact.
A completed returns note and copy of your receipts must also be enclosed. Please do not send original receipts as we cannot guarantee to return them.

- The item, after later inspection by us, is proven to have been faulty
- Has been supplied incorrectly from your order.
- You have contacted us within 28 days of delivery by phone or email
- The goods have been supplied as requested but are unwanted for whatever reason.
- You contact us my phone or email within 28 days from receipt of goods.
