The Palm velocity is a great “first” dry cag. Made from palms excellent XP50 material the velocity is heard wearing breathable and warm enough to see you threw most of the year. The Velocity features a latex neck seal with outer neoprene cover, latex and neoprene wrist seals and a nice double entry waist seal too. This is a great little top warm and for the money really good value for money.
