Palm make great kit we all know this, but sometimes they just drop in a true little treasure, the Palm Descender is a case in point.
This 3mm water shoe has a hard core sole that will take rocky river banks in its stride, a good strong secure Velcro strap holds your foot firmly in place and stops any foot movement inside the shoe and the latex armor on top of the shoe means its tough. But importantly they are still flexible and relatively compact and easy to fit into most kayak designs. For the price a true bargain! Mark my words you will soon be seeing lots of these on the river bank.
