Here at Whitewater The Canoe Centre we endeavor to make on-line shopping as easy as we can. 

Orders over £50

All orders with a total cart value exceeding £50 will be dispatched to you Free of charge. This includes boats and paddles (excludes delivery to Europe and non-mainland UK and boats over 3 meters long)

Kayaks and Paddles

These will be dispatched via courier on a standard express next day service. Items will need to be signed for upon delivery.  Please make sure someone is available to sign for your delivery. Please advise us of any special delivery instructions at the time of order. Order before 2pm to get you goods the next day. Tracking numbers are available on all orders upon request. Please note that all boats over 3 meters long are not not eligible for free delivery. Please see the product description for these boats.

Other Items

All other items qualifying for the free delivery will be dispatched via either courier or Royal Mail 1^st class recorded post.  Order before 2pm and your item will probably arrive the next day but they can take 2-3 days. Tracking numbers are available on all orders upon request.

Orders of less than £50

Orders with a total cart value of less than £50 will incur a shipping charge based on the weight of the items or item ordered. Orders will be sent Royal Mail 1^st or 2^nd class recorded delivery depending on which delivery option you choose when checking out.  

N.B When accepting your delivery please check the items are in a satisfactory condition before you sign and advise us immediately of any problems. The driver will wait while you check. 

Outside the UK and the Highlands

For all none mainland United Kingdom orders please select 'Europe' or 'Highlands and non-mainland UK' upon checking out- these are exepmt form out free shipping offer. Please note that we don't ship to all European countries and we don't ship to anywhere else in the world. Orders will be dispatched either via courier or Royal Mail recorded delivery.  Delivery can take up to 7 working days to Eurpeon countries and 2-5 days for the highland and none mainliand UK.

Ordering Out of stock items

You can still order items from us that are out of stock. A message appears next to all product that are out of stock and by proceeding with your order accepting that the order could take up to an extra 4 days to get you. We shall contact you should delivery take any longer than this.

We endeavor to keep stock levels on this site are as up to date as we can. However if you order an item that is out of stock and we haven’t warned you we will send you can email the day you place your order if it's in working hours to tell let you know. If you would prefer not to wait (up to an extra 4 days) we can cancel your order and issue a full refund straight away.
